inCase are pleased to announce that they’ve released a new video calling feature as part of the inCase app. This feature lets lawyers and fee earners talk directly to clients, in real-time, using their smartphones.

This is an exciting upgrade for firms who want to stay connected with their clients without the need to use multiple platforms and avoiding combability issues. And it adds no extra work for firms, they simply schedule the call directly from their inCase admin portal which sends a push notification to the client notifying them they have a task to complete.

But the benefits for firms don’t just stop there. Each call is automatically recorded and stored for later reference against the relevant case, removing the need to trawl through files stored locally on a computer, and should it be required video transcription is available for each and every call that can be used in a court of law.
