It has been weeks since @Future Lawyer UK 2026 concluded, and we are still buzzing from three days of conversations, collaboration, and innovation across the legal ecosystem at The Minster Building, London.
Bringing together in-house legal teams, firm leaders, and legal technology innovators, the event served as a key meeting point for those shaping the future of the profession. Across the programme, discussions explored everything from AI-driven workflows to litigation innovation, pricing models, and the changing role of legal talent.
Day 1 – Private Practice
Focused on how law firms are adapting to AI, evolving operating models, and shifting client expectations, with speakers from @Burges Salmon, @Linklaters, @Bird & Bird, @Osborne Clarke, and @BCLP sharing how they are building more agile, future-ready firms.
Day 2 – In-House
Centred on doing more with less, exploring how in-house teams are leveraging AI, optimising legal spend, and redefining their role as strategic business partners, with insights from leaders at @Adobe, @BAT, @Virgin Media O2, and @Bank of America.
Day 3 – Litigation & Disputes
Closed with a deep dive into how disputes are evolving, from AI in litigation and digital evidence to data integrity and modern case strategy, with contributions from firms including @Howard Kennedy, @Simmons & Simmons, @Fieldfisher, and other dispute specialists.
Beyond the sessions, the experience extended across the exhibition floor and throughout the day, from Future Lawyer Bingo (sponsored by @remarkable) to wellness massages and close-up magic, creating an environment designed for both insight and connection.
